MATH
Today we begin our new unit: length, perimeter, and
area. We did our first lesson, which was a review on measuring items using
centimetres, metres, and kilometres. I have marked the math tests and have sent
them home. Please look them over, sign them and return them to school tomorrow.
Thank you in advance!
LANGUAGE
Today we were back to Mr. Popper’s Penguins. We read
chapter 13 and complete a summary, answered comprehension questions and wrote
out new vocabulary words. Those who finished early did an extra work sheet for
chapters 10 and 11.
U.O.I.
Today we began looking at different types of theatre,
such as musicals, dramas, and comedy. Students used devices to research each
one and then we shared the information as a class.
Have a wonderful night!
Mrs. Hocevar J
