Important information and reminders:

A note from Mrs. Smith - June after care will be pay as you go and forms were sent home last week! All after care balances must be paid before the last day or report cards will be held back!

Parent Guild will be hosting an Ice Cream Day on the last day of school, Friday, June 16. Forms were sent home last week and are due along with payment today, Friday, June 9.

After care payments are due Monday, June 12.

A note from the PYP teachers - We at SJA have had a wonderful year with your children, but it is time to send them off to the next grade. Our PYP promotion and graduation ceremonies are taking place next week. Students are asked to dress smart casual on these days. The ceremonies will take place over two days. The JK to Grade 2 promotion ceremony will take place on Tuesday, June 13^th. The Grade 3 to 5 promotion ceremony and Grade 6 graduation will take place on Wednesday, June 14^th. Both ceremonies begin at 9 am and should be completed by 10:30 am. Parents and families are invited to attend. We look forward to seeing you then.

Next week is our last week! Please note the following items!

Monday – regular school uniform

Tuesday – casual day

Wednesday – causal day – wear something nice for the ceremony

Thursday – jersey day/sports day

Friday – house colour day

Language

Today we began our good copies of our bucket list of things we want to do over the summer. We also worked on some grammar and capitalization sheets.

Homework – Read for at least 30 minutes

-Good copy of bucket list is due tomorrow.

Our activities today took longer than expected so we will get back to math on Monday!
