Good afternoon everyone!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend! All items have been sent home as of today. There is no need to bring agendas anymore. 

As we count down the final days of the school year, there are a few more announcements to make. Tomorrow will be our House Colour Spirit Day, where we will play one final house game and see which house is awarded The House Cup…GO KAPPA GO!!! Wednesday is also the Year-End Play Day. Thursday we are asking students to come dressed up in their soccer jersey or wear a t-shirt that represents a soccer country, as the World Cup of Soccer is beginning. Friday is our Promotion/Graduation ceremony. We are asking that students wear something nice, as they will be receiving their certificates. Parents may pick up their child from school after the ceremony. Please be sure to enter and exit through the front reception, and to sign your child out.

A note from Ms. Ross regarding After Care - May after care invoices have been sent out. Please be sure to check your junk mail. Payments are due on Friday, June 15th. If payments have not been paid in full by June 15^th, then the report card will be held until it is paid in full. 

St. Jude’s FC – A new and exciting soccer program has arrived at SJA. St. Jude’s FC is the official soccer academy affiliated with SJA, which is currently taking applicants for its inaugural season. St. Jude's FC will be playing against the best REP teams around the area. Do not miss the opportunity to sign your child up to not only play against the best, but be coached by the best as well.  Please see flyer sent home for further information. If you are interested in joining, please fill out the flyer and send into Ms. Dawn. Let’s go St. Jude’s FC!!

Summer Camp – Ms. Smith is now accepting registrations for summer camp. Registration forms have been sent home. Please see flyer below for more information or contact Ms. Smith at bsmith@stjudesacademy.com.

Year-End Play Day - Our Parent Guild is hosting a Year-End Play Day on tomorrow, from 11-3. There will be bouncy castles, face painting, games, and a delicious BBQ!

Our day today:

Today we began getting things in order for the last day. We completed our last reflection page, finished our UOI presentations and added some final items to our IB portfolios. We watched a presentation put on by Kian, Taran, and Lucas from Grade 6 abut cyber bullying. We met with our reading buddies one more time and cleaned out our desks!
