I hope everyone
had a great March Break. Mine was wonderful! We had a week of family fun with my parents in
Florida and then a relaxing week at home! Here a few pictures!

MYP Shakespeare Play ‘The Merchant of Manhattan’ will take place on Wednesday, March 23 at 7:00 PM. It will
be a wonderful show, so be sure not to miss out!
The Inter-School
Speech Competition between SJA and The Maples will now take place on Wednesday, March 23.
Mme. Stella will be taking the grade 3’s and 4’s to a French
play. The play will be taking place on Friday, April 1. Forms have been sent
home and the due date has been extended until Thursday, March 24…I am still missing about 7 students so please get
them in as soon as possible!
Thursday, March 24 is Easter Spirit Day so be sure to wear your Easter
colours!
We have no school
on Friday, March 25 & Monday, March
28 due to Good Friday and Easter Monday!

Today we focused
on our pre-assessment for our unit on Measurement.
LANGUAGE
Today we began our
term 3 DRA’s. We also did 2 spelling activities. We will do ‘sparkle’ on
Thursday as lesson 24 was a review lesson!
UOI
Today we cleaned
out our duo-tangs to get ready for our new unit, ‘The Wonderful world of
Writing.’
