Math
Today we worked
with writing numbers in four different ways. One-way being to write it in standard
form (simply the number – 1,477). Expanded form looks like this – 1000 + 400 +
70 +7. Using words to write the numbers – one thousand, four hundred and
seventy-seven. We also drew pictures of base 10 blocks to represent the
numbers. They worked very hard this morning and we were able to fly through the
lesson. Great work everyone!
This afternoon was
our Terry Fox run. Everyone did a great job walking and running. We finished
off the day with our devices, as they were able to get 100 pom-poms in September.
Good job!
Have a wonderful night!
