I hope everyone had a fantastic last week of summer. It is so good to be back and to see new and old faces!

Monday, September 11 – SJA Annual Back to School Kick-Off order forms and money due

Saturday, September 16 – SJA Annual Back to School Kick-Off from 11-3 Rain or Shine

Tuesday, September 19 – Unit 1 Math test (a review will be sent home)

Thursday, October 5 – International Day

We a fantastic first week we had. Our day begin with gym and French. We completed the morning by doing DRA’s and finishing our artwork.

After recess and lunch, we continued DRA’s and did some fun activities.

After second lunch and recess, we filled out our agendas and got ready for home. Then we headed out for a house game.

**Please send your child to school everyday in their gym uniform. They will change into their school uniform after gym.**

SJA Parent Guild is hosting their annual 'Back to School Kick-Off' on Saturday, September 16 from 11-3 RAIN OR SHINE! It is a great way to kick-off the 2017/2018 school year and to share your summer adventures. The cost is $30/person and includes food, drinks, music, games, bouncy castles and more! There will be a hula-hoop contest, a tug-of-war, water balloons, and much more. Please return the order form and money to your child's teacher no later than Monday, September 11. You can pay by cash, cheque (payable to SJA Parent Guild), or e-transfer (sjaparentguild@stjudesacademy.com)
