It is up to them to take this advice to improve their speech. On Monday, February 3, the top 6 will be chosen; 3 from our class and 3 from Ms. Cass’s class. In order to have a chance to move forward, the speech must be 100% memorized, fall within the 3-5 minute mark and be persuasive. Students should also use expression and some gestures when presenting their speech to help enhance it and speak to their audience. Please ensure students are dressed in full uniforms on Monday.

When we are back from the break we will begin by writing our three body paragraphs; one a day using teacher guided writing. We will then write our introduction and conclusion. Time will be given edit, re-write and memorize in class. Please see below an outline of dates that we must stick to (as found in the speech package)!
