Our pizza party will be held on Thursday,
December 17. Forms are dues tomorrow!

16 by 3:30 PM…no exceptions
Casual Day is tomorrow, Wednesday, December
16…remember to bring your black clothes for the afternoon Christmas Concert!
Christmas bake sale is tomorrow, Wednesday,
December 16…bring in some money for some yummy treats!
Christmas spirit day is Thursday, December
17…wear your Christmas colours!
A NOTE FROM MYP: We are very excited to
let you know that the MYP students will be taking an action to raise funds to
send a boy named Brian to school. Our goal is $750, which includes Brian's
board, books, food, and tuition. There are three ways you can help support
Brian:
1) Donate $2 and participate in our casual day
this Wednesday, December 9th. Forms have been sent home.
2) Participate in our gingerbread decorating
activity. Forms and fees have been sent home. Forms due by Friday,
December 11. Cookies to be handed out next week
3) Bring in loonies and toonies to fill up
your child's house jar! The house that fills their jar first will receive a 20
000 house points!

There will be two
shows for the Christmas concert this year. They will both take place on Wednesday, December 16. The first show
will take place in the afternoon from 1:30-3:00
PM and the evening show will take place from 6:30-8:30 PM! Students are
expected to be a both performances (afternoon and evening). The grade 4’s will
be dressed in all black!
A note from Parent Guild: We held our holiday fundraising presentation
yesterday morning and are pleased to hand out prizes for the top sellers.
Good job everyone!
Today was a day
spent on practising the Christmas concert. We had a whole school rehearsal this
morning and then were called down class by class this afternoon. We finished
our novel study and our Goosebumps read aloud!!
