Good afternoon everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful night!

Please ensure to send warm clothes, as the colder weather is here to stay!

Please label all uniform pieces - both gym and school uniform.

Important information and reminders:

Halloween is happening on Monday. We have a fun day planned. Students are welcome to come dressed in their costume, or Halloween colours, or casual day clothing if students do not celebrate Halloween. A kind reminder that there should be no scary costumes or weapons of any sort. Masks will be allowed but may be removed during class. Treats are aloud but the must be wrapped. Treats will also be sent home.

If you have not paid your after care payments, please do so !

St. Jude’s Academy is excited to welcome back to our school the talented artists from ArtReach Mississauga to lead exciting art workshops for our students. Students will have a chance to join the ArtReach professionals for a two-hour workshop at SJA that focuses on engaging and comprehensive visual art activities. ArtReach will be joining SJA on November 30th, December 1st, and December 2nd. The cost of the workshop is $15.00. This cost includes the workshop fee, and all materials. Forms and fees are due back to the school by November 3rd, 2016. Forms were sent home yesterday!

The MYP students are putting together a used winter clothing drive for Syrian Refugee families living in Mississauga. We are asking for gently used winter gear such as hats, mitts, snow pants, boots, coats, scarves, etc. The clothing drive will run from October 27 until November 18.
