MATH
Since today was our short math period, we worked on some review sheets. These are to be finished for homework. Our unit test will be Monday, November 16. A review will be sent home later next week.

LANGUAGE
Today was our lesson 8 spelling test. Please look them over, sign them, and return them to school. We also completed the Guy Fawkes poem…what an amazing job the grade 4’s did. Almost everyone was able to memorize it and earn 1000 house points for their house. We also had a couple of students who did not want but with the encouragement of the whole class they changed their minds. Way to show the CARING learner profile trait!! Well-done grade 4’s! We also had a discussion about the science fair. If any questions arise, please send me an email!

U.O.I (UNIT OF INQUIRY)
Today we looked at harvesting and milling the crop. Our activity for today involved filling-in-the-blanks.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!! See you on Monday!
