Good Afternoon!

I hope you all had a wonderful night! We have a bake sale coming up next week on January 28-29. If anyone could bake something that would be greatly appreciated! Please remember that it must be 100% nut free. Please stay away from items that "may contain nuts!" I will be sending out an email as well!

A few important reminders

We are out of water and Kleenex and running low on Lysol/Clorox wipes. If we could get some in that would be greatly appreciated.

Lunch forms are due Friday January 23rd. Late forms will not be accepted!

Pre-registration forms due February 20th

Please hand in after school money if applicable.

PLEASE send in $5 for food for Greece. We have collected 2 tri-f

old boards and 2 Bristol boards…thank you to those who brought them.

International Day is this Friday the 23rd from 2:30-3:30!

Please remember to sign your child’s agenda.

MATH

Today we worked in groups to solve questions using different strategies. The use of tables was very helpful during these questions.

REMINDER TOMORROW: A MINI TEST WILL BE GIVEN TO ASSESS WHAT THE STUDENTS KNOW ABOUT MULTIPLICATION. THIS IS NOT THEIR UNIT TEST.

LANGUAGE

We continued to work on our Greece project.

Tomorrow is the last day we will have to work on it. If students have typed it at home, please ensure they bring it in tomorrow. Thank you in advance for all your hard work!!

U.O.I.

Thank you to Matthew who shared the information of digestion that he found! If any students care to do extra research on our topic and bring it in, I am more than happy to allow them to share it! We used this period to catch up on some work on capitalization.

Have a wonderful night!!

Mrs. Hocevar :)
