Hello!!

What another wonderful day! I am still learning some of the routines but thankfully the students have been very patient with me! 

Sofia led the singing of the National Anthem, in French, this morning during announcements. A few of the ladies in the class have decided to fundraise for Sick Kids Hospital. The will be selling candy beginning tomorrow for $1.00. This fundraiser will run until January 29. The will be going around to classrooms during second recess. What a wonderful idea!

Math

The students completed review pages of geometry. We will be completing this unit tomorrow as the students have already completed their unit test. We will be beginning unit 4 - Multiplication on Monday. 

Language

Today was our shortened Language period, so we read and finished up work from earlier in the day. We will be starting the language program on Monday, which will include spelling lists.

U.O.I

Today we discussed the benefits of healthy snack and why they were important to us. The students completed a completed a mini quiz together as a class. 

CLASS NOTES

Tomorrow is bring your own device in. If students could bring it in that would be great, as we will be using them for 2 periods tomorrow!

Please send in the student information sheets as soon as possible.

We are running low on bottled water, scotch tape, and Kleenex. If we could get some in that would be great.

Please remember to sign your child's agenda.
